Yesterday my daughter and I made cookies using a simple recipe from The Toddler's Busy Book. I have made them before, and seriously, a toddler COULD make them!
* 1 box cake mix (we used devil's food cake)
* 1 egg
* 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
Mix together. Batter will be thick, so you may have to use your hands. Roll batter into cookie-shaped balls. Cook at 350-degrees for 10 minutes.
This time we put white chocolate chips in them, so yummy, so yummy! {Yo Gabba Gabba, anyone?} But they're just as great without anything added. My plan is to try with a yellow cake mix next, maybe it'll be less messy!
Enjoy!
This sounds awesome and easy for my little guy to make with me! I will have to try!
