I received a copy of Hotelles and the sequel book, Elle, from TLC Book Tours to facilitate my review. All expressed opinions are completely my own. There are affiliate links in this post.
Hotelles is not my typical read. I'll put that out there immediately.
Filled with mystery, emotion, confusion and sex. A lot of sex. I'm sharing that right away as I know some people might choose to stop reading at this point. This book is definitely an erotic novel.
If you're looking for another kind of read, I have plenty of recommendations for you.
But if you stop reading here you'll miss the mystery that is Elle. Annabelle.
Annabelle is an escort. When we meet her we learn about her as a young woman in the midst of a whirlwind relationship with so-called media mogul David.
David is mysterious. He's intriguing. But we're not sure if we like him.
And David has a brother, Louie.
But we also don't necessarily like him.
Or we're not sure if we do.
And we're definitely not sure who we trust.
So basically, we, as the reader, we're Annabelle.
As I mentioned initially, this book is full of erotic moments. Some are fully intimate and emotional. Some are harsh, bordering on crass. Others are tender, intriguing, and confusing, even.
Annabelle is put through a bit of a sexual ringer in this story. And while we're as frustrated as she is on occasion, we also find ourselves annoyed with her for participating.
Not Fifty Shades of Grey annoyed. But annoyed just the same.
And yet, I kept reading.
I think you will, too.
Once you become invested in Annabelle you'll find yourself interested in where this story goes. You'll want to know what all that sex stuff is really about. You'll want to know who is messing around with her head. And who is helping. And whether the brothers are as close as they seem.
So, pick up a copy of Hotelles to find out which brother Annabelle winds up with. And then grab a copy of the second book, Elle, to find out if she stays with him.

I love that this is not just about the romance, but there's a mystery to be solved, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being on the tour!
Thanks for the review. It's on my TRL. I'd love to read both.
