I know - I know - I should be talking about the books you need to buy your friends and family members for the holidays. And I'll get there. I promise. But this? This is what it's all about. I mean, come on, you know that you just want to load up that Kindle or Nook or eReader of some other brand I'm not familiar with and pre-ordering can be SO FUN.

Here you go. Early 2017 releases. Lined up and ready for you to order now (affiliate links provided). They'll show up on your Kindle or your doorstep and you'll be GOLDEN.

There you have it. Twelve books you need to read in early 2017. EEK! It's almost 2017, y'all.
And yes, I know that I didn't give you much to go on. But don't deny it, you judge books by their covers, too. It's okay. I won't tell.
So don't worry. Some of these authors are household names. Immediately recognizable.
Others? This is their first release! (Yay! Congrats! Welcome!)
And others are new to you - and possibly to me - but from psychological thrillers to enjoyable stories - this list will get you through the cold blustery winter months. And then before you know it spring will be peeking out at you and I'll have a brand new list.
Speaking of lists ... find more book recommendations from me on any of these:

And a fun one if you're shopping for a friend who loves to read. Or, let's face it, yourself:
I'd love to add to the list—? Bren McClain One Good Mama Bone out on Valentine's day, Story River Press, imprint, University of South Carolina. Imprint started by Pat Conroy shortly before his death. Bren was one of their first picks. I'm not a "bot" selling this, just another midlife blogger and also a friend of Brenda, (disclosure,) but trust me this one's a stunner. It's getting great reviews.
