I used to be the kind of person who read one book from start to finish and then moved on to the next one. Sometimes I fall into that groove again, when I hit a really great book or something strikes me just right.
Other times I'm in the midst of so many books I don't know which way to turn!
* I have books in the living room (TV-time for the child, as I sit here reading)
* I have books in the bathrooms (enough said!)
* I have books in my bedroom (for bedtime, when I get to escape)
I pick up whatever book works for where I am, or books that work for the amount of reading time I have available.
Right now, here's what I'm reading:
Now don't forget about Friday-Follow, a great place to go and make new bloggy friends.
Enjoy the long weekend, everybody!
I love reading, but I usually do 1 book at a time.
ReplyDeleteStopping by and following from Friday Follow. Thanks for visiting my place and have a great holiday weekend!
I would get so confused with more than one book...I am impressed!
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday Follow! Have a fantastic 4th!! =)
If that's not her BRAND NEW one, I read BFF! I don't do that a lot, but will tend to do it with the smutty romances I like to read. I'll read one while I'm in the middle of something a little more...umm...in depth??? ;)
ReplyDeleteStopping by from Friday-Follow to thank you for participating this week.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!

Love Jennifer Weiner -- currently reading "The Guy Not Taken". She is always a good read, especially a good summer read.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a book over here, and a book over there...I keep one in my car, one in all of the places you've mentioned, one on the back porch (in case I'm too lazy to climb upstairs to get one while the kids want to play in the backyard), and I keep audiobooks in my car too! :) I am my librarian's best friend, I think.
ReplyDeleteAre you liking all of the books you've listed? I'm always looking for stuff to add to my hold list at the library.
